This commercial space utilized for real estate required a renovation, owing to the dark color of the existing walls that made the space look cramped. Furthermore, the tiles were outdated and from the early 90s. Given the budget constraints, my primary objective was to repurpose as much as possible while still creating a visually impressive space.
